Rebuild by Design plans presented

Rebuild by Design, the ongoing design competition launched by the Hurricane Sandy Rebuilding Task Force and US HUD, has presented the ten finalist proposals for incorporating the lessons learned from Sandy and building longer-term resilience into the rebuilding efforts along the Atlantic coast of New York and New Jersey, with exhibitions in both New Jersey and Manhattan on April 3.

For those of you who missed it, they will also be hosting an Earth Day event under the elevated tracks in Far Rockaway on May 3, as part of their Scale it Up program of public events.
