Spring 2016 Civic Accelerator Open for Applications

The Points of Light Civic Accelerator is accepting applications for their Spring 2016 program from Jan. 19 – Feb. 26 to answer the challenge: How might we accelerate technology adoption & financial inclusion for all to succeed in the digital economy?

The Civic Accelerator is a 10-week national startup boot camp and investment fund to support the most promising civic ventures in the country.

They are interested in exploring a range of solutions: from interventions in access to financial services and technology tools to digital skills and financial literacy. They’re looking for innovative technologies, platforms, and other models that increase opportunities for the underserved, underbanked, and underemployed.

To read the informational packet on the 2016 program, click here. The early bird deadline with no application fee ends on February 5th. There is a $35 application fee after that date. The regular application deadline is February 26th.
