I am getting confused at paragraph on page 322 that begins, The dangler to the right of the top stick....."

1) When Kenner say, "You'll introduce three new sticks...." does he mean:
A) In completing that pentagon?
B) On that side before incorporating dangler at the bottom?
C) That the three "sticks" is literal to his use of the term "stick" in the instruction or does he mean a combination of sticks and danglers? (2 sticks, 1 dangler or 2 danglers, 1 stick)
