Summary:
Fuller's focus on the global grid has us thinking about Army Corps of Engineers report that Iran and Iraq grids have about nine points of contact. Bringing new civilian power on-line in Iran will serve the grid up through Turkey. Iraq needs the
power as well.

Maybe GENI has more up to date maps?

Misguided plans to impose more sanctions then claim these aren't working as an excuse to attack, goes against UK's and EU's view that Iranians have a right to civilian nuclear power, with Russians already supplying fuel to similar plants in India (the backup plan if centrifuges not up to the job -- US could offer but is more distant).

One of Fuller's last books, Humans in Universe with Anwar Dil, celebrates our shared Persian heritage.

Freeman Dyson, Princeton Institute of Advance Study emeritus, recently in Portland as guest lecturer for ISEPP (Institute for Science, Engineering and Public Policy) advises getting attention back to existing nuclear weapons stockpiles, which are not in Iran or Korea, and continue with disarmament initiatives of previous presidents, including Nixon, Bush Sr. and Reagan.
