This is a discussion relating to learning about Bucky. Important readings, topics, websites, any resource available. If you have just learned about Bucky and wish to learn more, are wondering where to look next, or have experinces to share, this is the place to talk about it.

I still think Grunch of Giants is my favorite book by Bucky. It's still relevant, over twenty years later. Bucky Works is also really good though, I agree, and inspired one of my better essays: Brainstorming on BuckyWorks.
hi phil, thanks for your reply, and I am glad BuckyWorks has proved useful and inspiring.

I would say that the best beginner's resource about Bucky's work I've encountered is Buckyworks. It has a great bredth of information on Fuller's many inventions, and breif introducitons to some of his philosophies. To learn in more depth about Fuller's philosophies and world view, Critical Path is a good choice. I do not know as much about existing websites, but I first started learning about him over the internet. I dont remember exactly where, but i would bet that a good potion of it happened right here at BFI.
do you have a book by or about Bucky you think the best 'entry point' for those new to his ideas?
