In light of the recent media coverage of the home mortgage credit situation, I am wondering as the stock market reacts by selling off mortgages. Are the FINCAP and LAWCAP financial illusionists working their shell game again?
Are these mortgages being picked up for pennies on the dollar? Are low/median income earners being blamed for the greed of those companies, that bet on the pyramid scheme of a (falsely sustained) booming housing market?
When will we demand fair lending laws and corporate accountability?
The way I see things the situation is pretty unstable, all these question rise and there are others to come until we will see some changes here. I also think that people have became more cautious about their investments, let's hope this would bring some more stability.

It all comes down to education and making sure people know and understand the cause.

Bucky was always adament that the individual taking responsibility would create the sustainable and abundant future he knew is possible.
I live in a rented very modest two bedroom apartment south of the Gold Coast in Australia. A house sold just behind me last weekend for a record price of $3million and the estate agents were jumping for joy.
Unfortunately they (and many many others) do not understand that prices should never rise ... it's 'anti-evolution', and must one day come tumbling down. Sadly though, as one of Bucky's students Robert Kiyosaki once said, every time there is a correction in the stockmarket, wealth is transferred from the middle class to the wealthy.
Our "grass roots" movement at Your Healthy Planet.Com is looking to create a new economy based on nature's abundance and on diversity.
It is an MLM (multi level marketing) system and that in itself usually raises concern however I believe that Bucky even forecast the future of "networking" and "the interconnectedness of comuters" as being a major contributor to our design revolution.
I am also a part-time Herbalife distributor and enjoy incredible good health and love the HL products ... and yet most people involved in the company focus too much on making money, and not on making sense (by helping people improve their health) and while the HL Coy is growing 20%pa which looks good, it could be growing at 2000% pa and other sustainable healthy businesses could do likewise (potentially).
