Spaceship Earth: The Game: Currently in development, Spaceship Earth: The Game (SSE) is a Massively Multi-Player Online "Reality' Game that harnesses the engagement, creative motivation and "hard fun' of network computer games as a catalyst for moving towards a more sustainable environment.

Spaceship Earth is not simply a game - it is a collaborative 'earth systems' modeling environment, a global systems educational tool; it is a community, a lifestyle, and a call to action. Players who engage in the game are asked not only to "play' but to commit to being a "crew member' of Spaceship Earth, and, in so doing, apply themselves to the game's goal of creating a sustainable future in as many ways as possible in their daily lives.

And we're at a point where I now have what would seem absolutely incredible to generations before. I've now completed thirty-seven circuits of our Earth--kind of zig-zagging circuits, not straight around. Not tourist. Just responding to requests to appear here and there, to lecture at universities or design some structure, or whatever it may be. So that is in the everyday pattern, that I am circuiting that earth. Certainly makes evidence that we are dealing in totality of humanity not the--up to my generation--completely divided humanity, spread very far apart on our planet.

The following transcripts were taken from a dialogue while playing World Game.

We find that the average--there are a number of different size atomic bombs. The total devastation at varies, but they average on this map here 5/16 of an the inch total devastation. There are now 50,000 bombs waiting to go. We find that the little, in the game of bingo, the little pink lozenge--transparent lozenge chips--and they are just 5/16th of an inch, or the size of the average devastation of the atomic bombs. There are 50,000 ready to go.

(The following was taken from one of Fuller's talks. The blanks are indecipherable words.)

Number one, you have to do your own thinking. Everything that has happened to you, it really relates very much to your accessing other people's thinking, trying to play games that you didn't have your heart really in, so that this is going to be a very new kind of discipline. If you're going to do your own thinking, it means having to give up all beliefs, and I'd been taught to believe various things_________I'm going to have to give up all those things and start absolutely from experience, experiential base.
